see relatedI was listening to flyleaf and one of my favorite songs started to play. I never really listened to the words of this song, but all of the sudden this line hit me..

So find out for yourself
So your ignorance,
Will stop bleeding through.Its so simple, but so true. Often times we wonder why we can't get any further in christ. Why can't we keep moving!!! But the thing is, the person you are following is only going so fast!
This shows that we will always be following someone. But our choice is who we follow. We need our brothers and sisters in christ, but our job as christians is to bring them up to speed and let them bring us up to speed. Have an accountability partner and don't be igorant to the fact that the person in front of you will fall, but we need to give them that bump or honk that speeds that back up.

my church was just having sermon on this recent sunday! the pastor explained we shud never put anyone down and hurt them in ANY form... but we should be supporting them, guiding them, helping them.
Instead of putting them down when they made a mistake, pull them up and carry them until they manage to walk on their own.
of course, be careful whom you doing it for, they CAN drag you down. We all need that someone in our lives to get going.
